How to Insure Dependents of Students
A student enrolled in the TCU Student Health Insurance Plan may enroll dependents by completing the Dependent Enrollment Form obtained from the Health Center. Dependents cannot be enrolled on-line.
Premium payment for the dependent(s) must be made in the office of Financial Services before the end of the Elect/Waive period, and the form must be returned to the Health Center in order to complete the enrolment process.
Per semester cost is:
$1,247 Spouse Only
$930 Child or Children Only
$1,710 Spouse and Children Only
Deadline to enroll Dependents for the Fall 2009 semester September 2, 2009.
